  • Supporting councils in decision-making, reporting, and compliance.

We employ industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to sensitive information is strictly controlled and limited to authorized personnel only.

  • We only retain transaction references, amounts, payer details, and payment confirmations necessary for reconciliation with council records.

7. Third-Party Payment Providers

  • Payments are processed by licensed payment gateway partners authorized to operate within Botswana.
  • Users are subject to the privacy and security policies of the selected Pay Gate provider.
